    An open letter to our customers: ‘Thank you’

    As people across the world turn to pen and paper to say thank you to others for their generosity this holiday season, it is time for Exponea to do the same. 

    2020 has been a challenging year for nearly everyone. One of the strongest driving forces pushing us through this challenging year has been keeping our promise of delivering customer love, one of our company values. 

    No matter their industry or the part of the world they are located in, our customers took the unique opportunities presented to them and did everything in their power to make the most of them. 

    So before we go any further, we’d be remiss if we did not take this opportunity to say thank you. 

    Thank you for what, exactly? Well…

    • Trust: Thank you for trusting us to help guide your company through what has certainly been a strange year to say the least. Nobody had a roadmap or could have predicted the twists and turns of 2020. Your commitment to Exponea and our commitment to serve you has helped guide both parties through a year that won’t quickly be forgotten. 
    • Communication: Thank you for pushing us to be better through your questions and requests. As you know, Exponea’s Customer Data & Experience Platform is a powerful tool that will unify all of your customer data and deliver connected customer experiences. The questions, suggestions, and other feedback you give us about our CDXP helps us to know where we are exceeding expectations and what areas we can invest a little more time in to improve. We are grateful for this open line of communication. 
    • You: Thank you for being unique and being you. Each and every company we work with has uncommon characteristics that make working relationships enjoyable. This makes buying into your business’ strategic plan and helping you that much easier. 

    Let’s also take a second to celebrate just a few of 2020’s victories before embarking on what is sure to be an exciting 2021. 

    Weird Fish used an Exponea Plug&Play use case to increase the conversion rate on previously viewed items by over 400% after that item went on sale. Baby-Walz used Exponea (and Exponea only) to increase its open rate on abandoned cart emails to 40%. 

    Speaking of emails, Hawaiian-inspired footwear company Olukai did not let the pandemic stop it from connecting with customers thanks to its #AnywhereAloha campaign. River Island also took an established email marketing program and let Exponea help make it better

    White Fox revamped its marketing strategy with Exponea, while Connox used advanced Exponea features to make UX website improvements. Yves Rocher leveraged Exponea’s integration with Facebook Lead Ads to create an automated source of leads. 

    Sofology even gave us a look back at what its first year with Exponea looked like and how specifically working with Exponea helped acquire €300,000 worth of new leads in one month. 

    And that’s just a few of the highlights from our amazing customers in 2020. We are beyond excited to see what the new year holds for you and even more excited to see how we can help you achieve your goals in 2021.
