- You will receive an email from Exponea asking to confirm your request for deleting your data
- Click on the “Confirm” button at the end of the email
- Within 30 days you will receive an email from Exponea confirming that your data has been deleted
What data will I delete?
It is important to remember that Exponea processes data either on its own behalf (a lawyer would say as a controller) or on behalf of its clients (as a processor).
You will not delete those data that we process on behalf of our customers.

What data does Exponea process as a processor?
Simply speaking, we process data as a processer when someone purchases our services. In this case we process data not on our own behalf but on behalf this customer.

What should I do if I want to delete data which Exponea process on behalf of its customer?
You have two options. Firstly, contact directly our customer. Secondly, let us know the name of the customer and its website, and we will pass your request to him. However, bear in mind that we cannot guarantee how our customer will treat your request.
