Browser push notifications are an important channel to engage your customers. Even though Exponea supports standard browser notifications, Safari has a custom implementation that Exponea had not supported. We have enabled the integration for Safari servers to extend the customer base that can leverage notifications as a preferred channel.
Importing customer data that you’ve already tracked on other platforms just got easier, as we now support XML format for imports as well. This change is especially important for importing other platforms’ product catalogs, as these are most often stored as XML. Email Click Heatmap provides a fast and visual way to understand where your customers are clicking in your emails (click rate, total clicks, unique clicks). Exponea emails are empowered by data and AI, helping engagement and conversion. There are technical optimizations that can be used to further improve these metrics, namely shortening the links in emails. This will help you decrease the email size, thus preventing Gmail from clipping the message (clipping may significantly decrease email conversion).
