  • Kiwi.com wanted to understand visitor behavior during the customer journey, from the first click to checkout, in order to identify potential bottlenecks that hampered conversion.
  • Due to the nature of the service, most customers in the base return only sporadically, which makes the cost of traffic acquisition relatively high. This further increases the importance of efficient conversion on the website.

Solutions
