Exponea has always allowed the customization of certain UTM campaign parameters — we are now extending this customization to any UTM parameter and even any other URL parameter, so you will be free to tweak links in campaigns as you need.

To change the filters to count both old and new naming, change the filters to include both statuses using IN selector.

Project admins are now able to define an email list hygiene filter that will be evaluated before sending an email via scenario or email campaign. The goal is to avoid sending emails to customers who have been inactive for a longer time which led to hurting your domain reputation and therefore inbox placement. Feel free to use the default hygiene filter which was designed by our email deliverability specialists.
