We’re currently expanding our Academy team and we’re looking for new colleagues, either part time or full time. Could it be you?


Part of a team developing a world-class SaaS Academy department. This includes Fundamentals and Advanced Exponea courses, documentation and analytical projects. Our goal is to enable our users to use Exponea, excite our clients about the possibilities of Exponea in Digital applications and educate our users in being able to design novel solutions to their custom issues.
Lead online and offline Exponea workshops to users and design the learning process/content/exercises/analyses/articles/exams to use in the learning. Turn your students into champions of the product.
Cooperate with other parts of the business such as Marketing, Client Services, Sales and Product to capitalise on user-feedback in improving Exponea.



Tasks and responsibilities:

As the Training Specialist, you will be responsible for documenting various features of the product and putting together business how-to use cases to enable our clients to use Exponea independently. Our documentation is used heavily by our customers as well as our consultants as a central source of truth. Hence, it is a crucial aspect supporting our scalability and efficiency. Your job will include the following:


  • Making sure upcoming features are documented before each product update. You will need to work with the product team to understand what changes are planned and how they affect the product.
  • Improving the documentation of existing features based on feedback from our clients, consultants, and the support team.
  • Writing business how-to use cases, enabling our users to do more things in Exponea than before. You will need to work with our consultants to understand how features work and how they are applied in a business context.
  • Making Exponea more usable by improving the in-app experience and language used.
  • You will be passively exposed to technical aspects of the product, which can range from basic HTML, CSS and JS to working with webhooks, APIs or Jinja. It is up to you how much you want to learn by yourself or cooperate with our technical consultants instead.
  • Depending on your availability, there are a number of initiatives that you can own and push forward, such as improving user onboarding, using Exponea to analyze engagement with our documentation and implement automated communication with users, and much more.

What we expect from you:

  • Independent, responsible and fast learner. One of our core values is “Responsible freedom” – you will have vast freedom in execution provided your outputs are timely and of high quality.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Attention to detail – the guides must be understandable for a diverse spectrum of readers.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, Jinja and Javascript is an asset. You won’t need to do any coding yourself, but familiarity with and understanding of website mechanics will come in handy.


Must have:
– Entrepreneurial spirit, Academy is a young department with a variety of changing needs
– Excellent command of English
– Independent fast learner with strong drive


Nice to have:
– Teaching experience is a plus
– Experience in the following emerging sectors (the more the better) – digital analytics, BI, performance marketing, marketing automation, data science, A/B testing, personalisation, campaign optimisation
– Fluency in Slovak/Czech/Russian/German/Spanish/French/Polish is an asset
