Problem: Static content on the main page
Solution: Use Exponea to create dynamic content based on user preferences
How: Script that loads and renders dynamic personalized content, which is provided by Exponea, based on web visitor’s preferences.
Problem: Promote a limited edition of a product
Solution: Create a banner into which a discount voucher will be uploaded. The banner will only be displayed to a specific segment who have met certain conditions (number of products viewed, number of purchases made)
Problem: Inform the customer that the product s/he has been interested in, is currently discounted, or has been restocked.
Solution: Monitor the user’s behavior on the site, and in response to product catalogue updates launch automated scenarios and send personalized emails.
How: The Expona Experience Cloud will provide you with tools to evaluate customers’ behavior and interests. Upon each catalogue update, the cloud checks the conditions for launching the individualized campaign and display the appropriate weblayer or send an email with the right offer. Exponea will allow you to check if the customer has bought an alternative product in the meantime to avoid spamming the customer.
Our colleague, Robert Čapla grew in step with Exponea. First, in the Technology Solutions team, he was a Specialist, Consultant and Teamleader. Later on, he went on to become a Product Manager, and now he is our CPO.
