Developing technical solutions:
Problem: Static content on the main page.
Solution: Create dynamic content with Exponea, according to each user’s preferences.
How: Used Exponea to determine each user’s preferences and developed a script for querying and displaying dynamic content.
Problem: Promote a limited edition product.
Solution: Design and develop a banner for recording discount vouchers. The banner is only displayed to a specific segment of customers, meeting certain criteria (number of viewed products, number of purchases).

Task: Transform data from different sources into a single data format for Exponea.
Solution: The first task for the new Technology Solutions Consultant.
Problem: Newsletter management
Task: Find a solution for merging sources of customer emails, so as to ensure subscriber synchronization and prevent duplications.

Exponea started as a small team, and our Technology Solutions Consultants had to handle everything, from coding to designing technical solutions, sometimes even acting as relationship managers or salespeople if time permitted. Today, we are a much bigger team, and specialization is possible, allowing everyone to pursue an activity they are the best fit for.
Technology Solutions Specialists can gain experience in coding and integration and technical consultants can focus on developing technical solutions.
Our colleague Robert Čapla has been with us since the early beginnings . Originally, a member of our Technology Solutions team, Robert worked as a Specialist, Consultant, and Team leader. Today, he is in transition to the role of Product Manager.
