A Sales Operations Manager can!

Exponea is boosting its UK and Germany presence with new talent. Our Sales teams are growing internationally and we are opening a brand new Sales Operations Manager position to be filled by someone, who will ensure the smooth running of the Sales department.

Main goals of this role

This role might have many forms (and those might continue to expand), at its core, the job can be summarized as:


  • Manage CRM data
  • Calculate bonuses and commissions
  • Help sales leaders make data-driven decisions
  • Work with marketing to enable salespeople to thrive
  • Manage the sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting
  • Build reports and provide management with data-driven insights into sales activities
  • Prepare regular (monthly, quarterly, annual) executive updates, including executive regional performance reviews and board presentations.

Key requirements:

  • Previous experience in an SaaS enterprise, sales finance activities or consulting are a plus;
  • Advanced user of MS Office  (Excel, Powerpoint);
  • Confident independent self starter;
  • Positive “can do” attitude;
  • Negotiation skills;
  • Well-presented, expressed, with a passion for building rapport with clients and helping their businesses grow;
  • Ability to easily adapt to new environments and use own initiative;
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Excellent time-management skills.
