We are currently expanding our Sales team, and we’re looking for a new Sales Operations Analyst. Could it be you?

Tasks and responsibilities:

This role might involve several different areas, and those areas could continue to expand. At its core, the job can be summarized as:

 

  • Build reports and provide management with data-driven insights into sales activities.
  • Manage CRM, Exponea App, and Delivery-project-related-data.
  • Help the customer success team and sales leaders to make data-driven decisions.
  • Enable the customer success team to thrive and meet KPIs.
  • Manage effective internal and external communication.
  • Coordinate cross-functional processes that help meet department targets.
  • Manage the department forecasting and planning.

  • As our colleague you’ll get a chance to work at the epicenter of all sales related activities during entire customer lifecycle, from Sales Development, Field Sales to Customer Success.
  • You are going to help Exponea to establish key success indicators.

What we expect of the candidate:

  • Previous experience in a SaaS enterprise, sales or consulting are a plus.
  • Confident independent self-starter.
  • Experience with Data Quality and operational data.
  • Ability to build reports and insights for internal stakeholders.
  • Positive “can do” attitude; proactive approach in identifying gaps and finding solutions.
