Enterprise Sales Director – Atlanta

Main goals of this role:

  • Conducting business activities to ensure new customer acquisition (commission based);
  • Lead sales efforts within assigned territory, ranging from initial qualification calls through the sales process (including price negotiation) to closing business;
  • Develop a strategy within each assigned territory to penetrate key prospects (C-level clients) while leveraging multiple team resources, including inside sales, sales engineers, professional services, marketing and customer support
  • Perform the necessary sales activities to obtain meetings with C-level clients;
  • To conduct a thorough business needs analysis and explain features and benefits;
  • Choose relevant events and provide a proper presence of Exponea;
  • Manage your CRM system to the highest level in order to ensure the proper follow-up activity is conducted and reported;
  • Engage well with clients over webinars, calls, and face to face meetings;
  • Prepare client briefs and proposals to the highest level and
  • Work autonomously and demonstrate initiative in your role to grow the business.

 

What we expect of you:

  • 3-5 years of quota carrying experience (B2B sales) in online media, selling software or software-as-a-service (SaaS);
  • Proven track record meeting and exceeding revenue quota in a Sales Management role;
  • Well established presence in the local markets (especially US East Coast) with relevant network;
  • Able to successfully negotiate and close deals;
  • Deep knowledge of online marketing/internet marketing, social platforms and search engine marketing;
  • Detail oriented, relationship-building skills, and a focus on a high level of customer service, having a passion for growing rapport with clients and helping their businesses;
  • Ability to adapt to new environments and use own initiative;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including high calibre presentation skills;
  • Excellent time management skills, positive attitude and “love of selling”;
  • Relevant education – bachelor’s degree.
