Main goals of this role:

  • Generating business leads and following up on sales opportunities.
  • Cold calling potential customers and building relationships.
  • Establishing customer needs and selling products accordingly.
  • Working with weekly and monthly sales targets and KPI’s.
  • Arranging meetings with clients and carrying out product demonstrations.
  • Following up swiftly on sales enquiries and sending out information.
  • Working closely with other teams to develop new business.
  • Researching the market and identifying potential target customers.
  • Attending industry events in order to generate business leads.

What we expect of you:

  • 1-3 years of previous new business experience ideally from a company in the same or similar industry – selling software or software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions;
  • Proven track record of bringing new business and a natural ability to drive sales;
  • Must be self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed;
  • Well organised with previous experience using CRM systems;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including high calibre presentation skills in English & Russian;
  • Excellent time management skills, Positive attitude and “love of selling”;
  • A team attitude absolutely necessary (as the position is office based).

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be prospecting and building a pipeline for Sales Managers/Account Managers. You will act as a liaison between our sales team and our clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Ultimately, you should contribute to an increase in sales and maintain our company-client relationships to a high standard.
