Main goals of this role:

  • Driving the channel/partner network expansion across Germany
  • Create new partnerships by prospecting, building and managing a pipeline of a new prospective channel, marketing agencies, integrators and value-added partners.
  • Build a complete network of partners from the ground up
  • Manage the ongoing relationship with an existing partner network
  • Understand partner’s goals and objectives and what will make them successful
  • Develop deep trusted relationship across partner’s organization and win mindshare of partner’s product and sales teams.
  • Drive product marketing, and demand generation activities with partners including, attending customer events, seminars and trade shows.
  • Train partners to qualify target accounts and opportunities that will lead to successful opportunities.
  • Provide sales support to your partners during a deal negotiation
  • Manage onboarding and enablement process for partner
  • Ensure that Channel Partners receive the appropriate training and certification by working with company personnel including support, solution architect, marketing and project manager
  • Ensure that Channel Partners are kept briefed and up to date on product and service developments
  • Drive Case Studies, Press Releases and other Marketing Collateral with partner
  • Liaise with Marketing to establish and conduct Joint Marketing events
  • Network and cultivate personal relationships within all levels of the partners organization (specifically sales, account managers, and management)
  • Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations.


What we expect of you:

  • Relevant channel/partner sales experience would be desired or 3 – 5 years solid sales experience within SaaS / Technology marketing industry.
  • Experience in driving sales through partnerships as well new business enterprise sales
  • Experience in building partner network through creative, data and marketing agencies
  • Knowledge sharing and training of specific product, sales or process related topics
  • Have an extensive existing network of contact with integrators, resellers and marketing agencies
  • Strong business development skills
  • Great negotiation, communication and relational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to deal with change, think strategically, and make complex decisions
  • Confidence presenting to large groups of people on C-Level
  • Fluency in English and German essential
  • University Degree.

the partners’ network across Germany. You will primarily be responsible for developing, supporting and retaining the channel partner network. This role is an individual contribution and will carry a personal sales quota.
