Exponea is expanding in the DACH market and we’re looking for an experienced and motivated new colleague to join our team as a Partner Channel Manager. Could it be you?

As the Partner Channel Manager, you will be responsible for securing business revenue through our network of partners across the DACH region.

You will primarily be responsible for developing, supporting and retaining our channel partner network.
This role is an individual contribution and will carry a personal sales quota.
The cherry on top is a generous commission scheme.

Main goals of this role:

  • Driving the channel/partner network expansion across the DACH region
  • Creating new partnerships by prospecting, building and managing a pipeline of new prospective channels, marketing agencies, integrators, and value-added partners
  • Building a complete network of partners from the ground up
  • Managing the ongoing relationship with our existing partner network
  • Understanding our partners’ goals and objectives and what will make them successful
  • Developing deep trusted relationships across partners’ organizations and winning mindshare of our partners’ product and sales teams.
  • Driving product marketing and demand generation activities with partners such as attending customer events, seminars, and trade shows
  • Training partners to qualify target accounts and opportunities that will lead to new business
  • Providing sales support to partners during deal negotiations
  • Managing the onboarding and enablement process for partners
  • Ensuring that channel partners receive the appropriate training and certification by working with our company personnel, including support, solution architects, marketing and project managers
  • Ensuring that channel partners are kept briefed and up to date on product and service developments
  • Driving case studies, press releases and other marketing collateral with partners
  • Liaising with Marketing to establish and conduct joint marketing events
  • Networking and cultivating personal relationships within all levels of our partners’ organizations (specifically sales, account managers, and management)
  • Coordinating the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations

What we expect of you:


  • Relevant channel/partner sales experience or 3 – 5 years solid sales experience in SaaS/marketing technology industry
  • Experience in driving sales through partnerships as well as new business enterprise sales
  • Experience in building a partner network through creative, data and marketing agencies
  • Knowledge sharing and training of specific product, sales or process related topics
  • Extensive existing network of contacts with integrators, resellers and marketing agencies
  • Strong business development skills
  • Great negotiation, communication, and relational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to deal with change, think strategically, and make complex decisions
  • Confidence presenting to large groups of people at the C-Level
  • University Degree
