We are Exponea, an internationally renowned e-commerce cloud – a tool for in-depth analysis and marketing automation for businesses. We work with global e-commerce leaders and other top companies from all over the world.

 

We are currently expanding our Sales Development team, and looking for someone to fill the position of  Manager, Sales Development. Could you be the ideal candidate?

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 15-20 Sales Development Representatives
  • Lead the Sales Development team by example
  • Familiarize yourself with the tools used to ensure a smooth operation of the team
  • Take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the team
  • Ensure KPI’s are achieved through individual management, on-boarding and talent development, as well as report development.
  • Schedule regular one-on-one meeting with your team members.
  • Qualify opportunities and book meetings

  • The ideal candidate will be comfortable with and have experience in a leadership role. They will also have the opportunity to on-board new talent and develop existing talent.
  • The role is based in London, operating with a team spread across Europe and Russia.

What we expect of the candidate:

  • To have extensive sales experience in the SaaS market or other relevant software sales.
  • To be self-motivated, professional and comfortable managing a high work load in a fast-paced environment.
  • To develop detailed reports, reporting to the VP of Sales Development.
  • To have previous management experience and thrive as part of a team.
  • To have drive and dynamism
  • To have experience in the use of basic recruitment tools.
