As the Knowledge Manager, you will be responsible for documenting various features of the product and putting together business how-to use cases to enable our clients to use Exponea independently. Our documentation is used heavily by our customers as well as our consultants as a central source of truth. Hence, it is a crucial aspect supporting our scalability and efficiency. Your job will include the following:
