We are currently looking for a new IT Operations support specialist. Could it be you?

About your role:

Are you the person who is always fixing the wifi and runs diagnostics on computers when they are not working?

Would you like to help our Operations Team with IT tasks and identify security vulnerabilities in our internal infrastructure?

Do you have strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem solving skills that are not fully used in your current job position?

Your responsibilities:

  • Setup laptops of newcomers (app installations, security, etc) + sw licenses
  • Wiping laptops and phones of leavers
  • Issue resolution: wifi, peripherals (e.g.printers), apps
  • IT support for meetings/presentations
  • Maintenance/repairs/returns of technical equipment
  • Security compliance audits

Competency:

Must have:

  • Experience with multiple computer platforms and operating systems, client-based networking software (TCP/IP), MS Office, Outlook, internet browsers, peripherals (e.g. printers, scanners), and multimedia equipment (e.g. projectors, document cameras).
  • Ability to follow manuals, read and interpret instructions.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proactive and innovative approach to tasks
  • Ability to work independently
  • Fluent Slovak and English
