Sales Development Representative UK

Your role:

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting activities, including cold-calling, targeted email campaigns, social selling and attending industry trade-shows and conferences with your team.
  • Maintain an up-to-date and detailed CRM system to track your opportunities.
  • Work closely with a Sales Manager to deliver on agreed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Understand the requirements of our prospective customers to nurture win-win relationships.
  • Become a product and industry expert to achieve excellence.
  • Working closely with our product and marketing teams on a market development strategy.
  • Develop your sales skills and business acumen to progress in your sales career at Exponea.

What we expect of you:

  • Previous new business experience ideally from a company in the same or similar industry;
  • An entrepreneurial approach to sales.
  • Proven track record of bringing new business and a natural ability to drive sales;
  • Must be self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed;
  • Well organised with previous experience using CRM systems;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills, a positive attitude and “love of selling”;
  • A team attitude is absolutely necessary (as the position is office based).
