Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Plan internal and external events in the US in alignment with global policies 
  • Coordinate third party events, executive dinners, receptions, SKOs, and QBRs 
  • Evangelize internal and external communication around events and conferences
  • Coordinate company participation in events with subcontractors and partners on various projects 
  • Manage company’s presence at sponsored events and conferences

What we expect of the candidate:

  • 2-3 years experience in corporate event organizing
  • Practical knowledge of marketing data analysis and campaign marketing tools
  • Ability to multi-task and self-manage at a high level
  • Focus on performance and optimization to deliver necessary pipeline target
  • Knowledge of the latest trends in event and experiential marketing
  • Role requires 25% domestic travel
