We are Exponea, an internationally renowned e-commerce cloud – a tool for in-depth analysis and marketing automation for businesses. We work with global e-commerce leaders and other top companies from all over the globe.

 

Currently expanding our Consulting team, we’re looking for new colleagues as Customer Support Specialists. Could you be one of them?

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Provide consulting to Exponea users through live chat or other channels if needed (email, skype, phone)
    • Technical questions about Exponea app
    • Questions about different marketing related topics (GDPR, emailing)
    • Support clients in creating analytics and marketing campaigns
  • Diagnose requests, walk customers through the problem-solving process and/or refer the most specialized cases to experts
  • Manage internal and external guidelines
  • Provide general support to our customer-facing consultants

What we expect of the candidate:

  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JS
  • Problem solving skills (from identification to resolution)
  • Analytical skills
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Flexible approach to customer inquiries
  • Interest in data analytics, online marketing

 

What we’ll consider an asset:

  • Previous working experience in help desk support
  • Understanding of link between frontend and backend, network requests
  • Basic understanding of programming (algorithms, conditions, cycles)
