Currently expanding our Consulting team, we’re hiring specialists in performance marketing, AI-powered optimisation, web analytics, data science, UX, CRO, Acquisition and now, Emailing.

Job description:

  • Analyze our clients’ existing email campaigns.
  • Propose email strategies and contents.
  • Launch regular/automated campaigns.
  • Work with the Data Science team on recommendation models in mailing and improving Exponea AI.
  • Communicate with clients, teach them how to use the Exponea.
    platform, suggest improvements to their products, prepare reports for their
    business decisions and project evaluation.
  • Oversee implementation to clients’ applications, websites or
    online shops.  
  • Communicate regularly with clients through online channels and occasional visits. 


Challenges you can help us with:

Customer lifecycle emailing

  • Should we send an email to customers after they made a purchase? If so, what should it say? Should more such emails be sent? Should one be sent even if the person did not make a purchase? Join us to help us answer these and other questions about emailing. Help top e-commerce companies set up communication so their customers enjoy rather than shun the next email.


Identifying ideal content

  • What would the ideal email look like? How many products should it offer, and how often should it be sent? What is the best recommendation model for automated content generation? Join us to help us analyze our clients’ email campaigns and propose AB tests that will drive their performance and sales.


Your colleagues:

  • A Customer Success Manager, who will manage your project, define its scope with the client and be in charge of the business strategy.
  • Web integrators for more technically demanding integration
  • Data science experts (predictive behaviour analysis, recommendations and machine learning)
  • Client teams – you will spend a couple of days with our clients in their offices

Our expectations of you:

  • Experience in designing email campaigns
  • Experience in e-commerce customer communication
  • Experience in customer data administration in CRM (segmentation)
  • Desire to get thorough understanding of business
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and Javascript is an asset. You won’t need to do any coding yourself, but familiarity with and understanding of website mechanics will come in handy.
  • Ability to understand and actively use analytical concepts to identify which stage the business has reached, which KPIs are crucial for decision-making and which metrics the business is based on.
  • Good command of English.
