We are building a world-class platform right out of Slovakia for clients on 5 continents. We enable e-commerce companies to show relevant personalized content for ultimate shopping experience.


Our fast growth brings some challenges – scaling the team, scaling the platform, focus on quality, balancing innovation and stability. We’re looking for talented individual willing to take the challenge.




Your role:

  • Coordinate internal tech team together, scale teams, keep them productive and motivated
  • Balance between improvements of stability, scalability, security and innovation
  • Develop people in the tech teams, lead by example
  • Identify any bottlenecks in development process and activate changes
  • Cooperate with business units and provide them all the necessary support
  • Help Exponea in positioning of tech leader in our region

Our expectations of you:

  • Tech background, experience in leading tech teams (FE, BE, QA, DevOps, SecOps, AI, Product).
  • Familiarity with big data processing architecture.
  • General experience of the web apps development cycle (design, build, test, deploy, maintain).
  • Proven experience with system architecture or solution design (what great have you helped to build already?)
  • Low ego, ability to listen and learn
  • Good command of written and oral English.

What we’ll consider an asset:

  • Ability to write a code in Python, C++, Java, Scala or Go
  • Familiarity with various types of databases: SQL, documents stores, key values, full-text search, …
  • Open minded and not too dogmatic about only right way how to {lead teams, manage projects, write code, ..}
  • Experience from building another SaaS products
